hi there
i previously had bt as my internet provider. their router was in my office and plugged into my airport express via ethernet cable. my printer was also plugged in and therefore my whole family could print wirelessly.
changed to virgin for tv, phone and broadband. their superhub is downstairs and has a thick cable attached to it from outside. tv and broadband are fine, my macbook picks up internet no problems. have tried to get airport express to join the network so i can plug printer in again and print wirelessly from anywhere in house. no joy. have reset the airport via utilities, it has accepted the wpa security from the superhub...the green light is good to go from the airport express, but my mac can't pick it up...any ideas? sorry for the longwinded explanation.
