Did you change your mind about getting an iPad2?

This thread is inspired by a previous poll on getting an iPad2. I voted not sure then ordered two. Just saw a post there where a member voted no way and then got one.
So now I'm curious how many are switching positions.

I'll admit, I occasionally see how much my mother enjoys her iPad 2 that I become rather envious, when I have my iPad 1. But I know I can wait it out, I hope.

Still waiting for v.3 - although I did get tempted playing with one at BB the other day - but those $$ will instead go to the new iMac whenever it materializes.

I still haven't decided. I want one naturally. But, I need a new NAS as my WHS box has died on me.

I understand the dilemma. I want a 27in iMac but so far haven't been able to justify it.

I got a Dlink DNS-323 as a result of CWA's recommendation and because of that I am now looking at getting an ATV2.
Been using Handbrake to rip my DvDs directly to the NAS and found I can stream them directly using FileBrowser on my iPad without loading them into iTunes.

im choosing to wait for version 3, since all wireless providers are upgrading networks now to LTE.

To be honest, I actually prefer my first gen iPad over the iPad 2. The new one is simply too thin and light, it feels far too fragile in my hands. The first gen iPad feels as though it can handle far more punishment. The extra weight is negligible for me as I'm more than capable of holding up a 1.5lb object in my hands for an extended period of time.

I'm going to wait until the iPad 3. Hopefully it will have HD cameras (at the very least it should have one on the front).

I had to decide which one to tick. First I was iPad 2 for sure. Then I waffled and didn't initially think the upgrades to the ipad warranted the extra dough to fork out for the iPad 2 and thought I'd just get a 1. But after several days/weeks waffling on the fence, I was back at square one. Definitely getting iPad 2. Definitely definite - it is on order. I will just be dying from impatience til it gets here supposedly April 22.

Yep, looked at that one yesterday. Fry's has it for $140 right now and they have the DNS-343, 4 disk Raid 5 box for $330. At $140 it would seem you can't really go wrong.

That's a deal!
I paid $150 for mine from Amazon then stuck two 1TB WD Caviar Blue HDD for $68 ea in it. Been very pleased with it so far.

I skipped iPad 1 and couldn't resist and ordered iPad 2 on Friday when they started taking orders for them here...

Hmmm was I that original nay-sayer?

I def wasn't getting one, then fell in love with the idea and haven't touched my MacBook since setting the iPad up...

I love it!
