I know there's a thread somewhere here about this but i'd like to clarify something i read here Mac OS X 10.4 Help: Calibrating a MacBook or MacBook Pro battery
I have a question between item no.5 and no.6
So my question is:
A.) Should I let the computer off for five hours or more before reconnecting the power adapter and charge?
or
B.) Should I let the computer off for fiver hours or more while the power adapter is connected and charging?
I'm trying to calibrate my batteries right now. My mbp is 3 weeks old and istat pro (widget) says my charge cycle is 22 and battery health is 98%.
Sorry for my confusion but i hope you guys could clarify this for me thanks...

5. Turn off the computer or allow it to sleep for five hours or longer.
6. Reconnect the power adapter and leave it connected until the battery is fully charged. You may use your computer during this time.
