Say you're downloading several different files at ones (music, movies etc); instead of them all going into your "downloads" folder or whatever folder you have chosen as your destination - they automatically go into the folders they belong to (movie files into the "movies" folder, music files into the "music" folder, etc) - as opposed to copying everything to its proper place. If that's not an app already, it should be. It would come in handy.
