Hi,
I'm buying a new macbook pro soon,
I'm currently using the previous version of macbook and I wanna decide what will make the operation faster and without poses.
Currently the average free memory is 30 mb and 1 GB inactive.

what do you think?

Thanks!

Hard to say when you don't tell us what you use your computer for.

Ram is definately going to help. So will an ssd. The ssd will help load time, startup and general performance. The added ram is definitely a good idea considering all the programs you run (especially with any VM). If you can afford it, I would suggest upgrading both.
