Safari Title Bar Font Too Big

The font used on my Safari title bar (same line as the +, -, x buttons) is way too big (probably 36 point or bigger). Same thing shows up in the text area in some of the radio buttons. Can't find a way to change that. At one time I used TinkerTool to change system font sizes, but I reset everything to default. I wonder if there is any residual effect. Any ideas? Thanks.

Never mind. Although TinkerTool doc indicates the reset effect will take place next time an appl is launched, it actually requires a reboot to reset the fonts.
