Unfortunately most companies do not make a 2.5" SSD over 320gb - 500gb, (I guess it is for the newly ordered macbook in your previous thread?)
PureSilicon however have reportedly made one. I have not seen it but going by current pricing it will probably cost more than the Macbook you bought.

Only place I've seen those sizes for a single LUN are in enterprise products and it would not be a USB or Firewire connection.
