I wouldnt worry about the SUID warning, it's safe

Ok, I have most of my data on my Ext Disk but I'd like to have it on my mac and then sync to the ext. drive (because I sometimes work on stuff on another PC which is on the ext. drive so need to keep it sync'd).

I also want to backup the Mac because of things like my Outlook data.

What do you recommend?

Ok, applications are still crashing, etc on random occasions.
