View CHM files and convert them to PDF

Are you referring to the Microsoft proprietary on line help files *.chm? If so, I don't know of any way to convert them to PDF. There may be a way to import them into Microsoft Word and then convert them, but of that I'm not sure.

Note that utility is Windows only. I believe he wants to view them from OS X and convert them to PDF. (look at his question again)

if you can open them in Word, you can use the "print to pdf" feature in OSX. even if you can open them in a browser you should be able to do that.
