Speech to text on iPad

I'm thinking about getting an iPad for work and school purposes and I'm also planning on getting a Jawbone for my cell phone. I would like the ability to do speech to text on the iPad, are there apps out there that would allow me to use the Jawbone to do something like this?

I've never used a bluetooth microphone, but you can get the speech to text app called Dictation (by Dragon)
