Alright, so I recently had a problem occur with my settings and I'm not sure how it happened or how to change it back. My hot keys have been changed around so that the volume and music navigator buttons no longer work. A black box also now appears around anything I select and now a voice narrates everything I do. I wasn't messing around with my settings when this happened, I was just on Firefox. I have tried going through the troubleshooting options and have updated the firmware. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
