I thought this was already posted but couldn't find it so please excuse the 2nd attempt.

I have been struggling with the following problem for the last 2 days - full time - & am now finding it almost as difficult to describe it - so please be indulgent ...
I log in with LogMeIn. Everything goes as predicted. I leave the IMac idle. After 30 minutes, systematically, the image on the screen 'turns' as if I were logging out & I am presented with the start up screen waiting for a password to be entered !
The same thing happens with TeamViewer but it is not systematic - can stay idle for over 1 hour.
If I am not 'logged in', the screen stays stable - I brought the IMac to me so I can observe ..
One last observation : the screen saver will not set in.
Using : IMac - 10.6.6
If anything is not clear, please let me know otherwise please help, I'm going crazy !!
