Unable to sign Into iTunes Store.

Hi, For some reason I am unable to sign Into the itunes store now.
I have a account with iTunes and have previously have sign In and download podcasts and music.

What do you mean by 'unable'?

No way to sign in? Password wrong? Username wrong? Miscellaneous error?
