Force fullscreen video to second display?

Is thre a way to force full-screen video playback (such as itunes, quicktime, etc..) to a secondary display the way Keynote puts a presentation on another display? Ive been trying to figure it out, but other than physically dragging the video window to the other display, I havent found a way....

2010 i3 27" 16gb Ram
I believe if you set the secondary to master it will do that. But I am not the best expert on such matters :)
