hey all,
so I have a MacBook Pro, and a while ago I installed Windows 7 on Boot Camp, and had a bunch of games and files on there. Anyway, I haven't used it since December, and I went to boot it up today and it wouldn't boot past the black screen with blinking white cursor. Any advice on what to do without reinstalling everything? Here is some background info:

-I have rEFit installed
-I previously had 3 partitions on my computer, Mac, Windows 7, and Linux. Last week I needed space so I deleted the Ubuntu Partition. The BOOTCAMP partition is still there.

Thanks,
Nick

When you deleted Ubuntu it probably took out the boot sector. You might try to shut off rEFIt first and do a PRAM - NVRAM reset. You can shut down rEFIt by renaming this folder:

MacIntosh HD/efi

Rename it to: MacIntosh HD/efi_save

Then do the reset. Follow directions at this LINK.
