Problem with Citrix Client on iMac

I use a Citrix Client on my iMac to connect into work from home. It works fine apart from one thing. Once I'm connected into work, whenever I click on a menu (eg: "File" in Word) the menu selection drops down as always but then disappears within a second. In other words it disappears before I can click on the selection I want. Has anyone come across this before? Cheers.

Do you know what your office is running for Citrix?

Are you using the Citrix ICA client, Online Plugin, Dazzle or Reciever to connect to the apps?

I have not experienced that particular issue though have been dealing with Macs and Citrix with my own company for a few years now. The ICA client is outdated so there may be a better option for you to connect with.
