Before the major software upgrade the iPad had a lovely button on the side which locked its screen no matter what angle you turned it at. I found this to be extremely useful. After the update however, the button became a "mute" button. Now I find this extremely redundant and was wondering if there's any chance of setting the button on the side to be the "lock screen" as it was.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

IOS 4.3 gives us the choice. If you do the update you can go to General Settings and set it to orientation lock.
