I would really like to know why this keeps happening! It started quite a while ago, I can't pin down exactly when, but it seems to be happening more and more lately. At least 3-4 times a day, on my MacBook Pro, when I open the "open network preferences" in the drop-down menu from the desktop icon at the very top, upper right side where it shows whether or not you are "on". I started going into it whenever I felt I was running slow, to do a random connection check and I started noticing that the lock would be open, for no apparent reason! I lock it again, and lo and behold...when I would go back later, IT'S OPEN AGAIN!

Can someone tell me what might be going on, as I would really like to put a stop to it. Is it possible that my network is being hacked?

Thanks in advance for any help with this!
