iMac won't accept startup commands ????

cmd+option+p+r isn't giving the second chime and resetting parameter ram

holding the C key upon startup is NOT booting from disc inserted



...what the **** could this be???? other than the keyboard, because i'm not able to connect my only other [bluetooth] one in the house right now because for someone reason the comp wont recognize it, even though it used to

Any chance you have firmware password protection activated? If not pop in the disc and reboot and old down Option and see if the optical drive is selected. Insert the original discs that came with your iMac and if it is an Intel model, you do not say, reboot and hold down 'C' to access Apple Hardware Test.
