upload cell photos to macbook

I'm sure some form of this question has been answered countless times. I have a Samsung Flight phone and want to upload the photos to my macbook. Do I use bluetooth or USB? thanks

27" i7 iMac 2.8 Ghz, 1TB, 8GB RAM | 13" MBP 2.53Ghz 320GB HD, 4G RAM | iPad 2 64GB+3G *WHITE*
I would use your usb.. once plugged in it should come up as a external drive and search through that and find the pic's you want. It will most likely be in a folder labeled DCIM. hope this helps
