I have a user that has several email database files. In the users documents folder there is the Microsoft user data folder and in there is the main identity folder and several backup folders with database files in each. also in the users documents folder there are 2 other folders with database files in one and MBOX files in another.
Is there some place in Entourage or somewhere else where I can find out which database files is in use. For example in Outlook I can go to the Account Settings and look at the Data Files tab and see the path to the Outlook.pst files.
Keep in mind I am not a MAC person so my knowledge of MACs is limited but I have to support a few MAC users so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
