Mid-2009 17" Macbook Pro display issues

Hey there. As of a couple of day ago my display is starting to act a little, well, jacked up. Any software (i.e. itunes, word...) has blurry/fuzzy text. Just now, while moving my eq box in itunes it started resizing, getting bigger, moved. If you guys need any more info let me know. This my first time posting to MF so if I messed up anything i do apologize. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
