2009 iMac10,1 High Sierra 10.13.6, Intel Core 2 Duo, 3.06 GHz, 12GB RAM, 500GB Storage
When I did a sync a few minutes ago I got a notice that asked me if I want to update my iPhone. The notice said there is a new program for the phone. My question to you guys is: Should I update the program in my iPhone 3GS. I am pretty much illiterate when it comes to my phone. Thanks

it probably includes updates to iOS, including security, stabilty and performance. why not?
