Remote between iPhone and iPad

Is there a way to use ether Remote or home sharing to control what is playing on my iPad from my iPhone or the other way around? Not looking to control my MacBook, just from my iOS to iOS devices.

This might work

Try the Tango Remote control from the iTunes App Store. It claims to allow iOs to iOS Music control.
