Simple win 7 on bootcamp question

Hello Everyone, I have a simple question. I installed win 7 an everything runs great, my question is every time i start up my macbook i hold the option button an win 7 boots up automatically, I use osx the most so when i startup the laptop i want it to boot up osx. Is there a way to change this? Let me know thanks.

There are two way to change it:

1. From OS X, open System Preferences, Startup Disk. Select your MacIntosh HD as the default.

2. From Windows 7, go to Control Panel, select Boot Camp, select your MacIntosh HD or OS X as your default startup.
