I am having problems booting my Macbook Pro 13 2010. It was working fine, but after I restarted it, it just hangs at the grey screen. I have tried safe mode and resetting the pram, both do not work. I have also done fsck -fy in single user mode, and I get no errors. In verbose mode It stops loading at the last two lines:
BootCacheControl: could not create temporary playlist file: invalid argument
BootCacheControl: could not write playlist
I do not think this is a hardware problem because I am writing this off my bootcamp partition.
I do not have an OSX disk to boot from. Is there anything I can do?
