Hey guys hoping you can chuck me in the right direction.

Our lass has just bought me apple tv2. And i have a few .avi files on my mac. Now instead of using 3rd party programmes id like to use quicktime x.

I have been looking at some tuts etc on how to convert using the mac. And i am being told that all i have to do is open it up in quicktime X > Save as > Apple TV.

Now i do this. Wait about 30 mins and there is no save file. So i tried it with a shorter 'sample' file and it worked. Is there a limit on how big the conversion file can be? or am i doing something wrong..

Im having to use (i forgot the name) - Pinapple Logo lol.

Hope you can help.

Thanks.
