I found an interesting little app that scans the Mac App Store daily to find discounted, temporarily free applications.
I have noticed from twitter and other places that developers sometimes lower, or even make their application free for a day or so, and this app is great for finding those apps.

Store News is the quickest way of finding out the best deals in the Mac App Store. An app that cost real money yesterday could be totally free today. In order to find the best deals for you we look at every app listed in the Mac App Store every day. As soon its price drops it will become visible in Store News.
