Export Windows Outlook contacts to Outlook for MAC

Hello everyone,

I just purchased by MacBook Pro 13inch i5 and am loving it. I will be using my laptop for work heavily and trying to transfer everything over I realized is going to take some time.

I figured out to export the .pst file for all my 6000+ prior emails but am now trying to export contacts. I've tried via Excel and tab delimited file but not all the tabs transfer over. How would I go about transferring say all the Vcards or is there a better way?

Are you not syncing outlook to an Exchange server? If not then probably Vcards are the best way to keep the fidelity of all the information.

How do I transfer just the vcards?
