Was your Windows XP install disc in the drive? And for that matter... is it a "legit" copy?

Sorry. I think I did not said it clear. My external DVD optical drive was attached to my MacBook Air. Is there anything I didn't do it correct? I follow the bootcamp install guide to do it.

Ah. Unfortunately, my only advice is to simply start over. Re-run the Boot Camp utility to delete the Boot Camp partition and restore everything back to normal, then try again. Here's Apple's manual on using Boot Camp. Be sure to read it thoroughly in advance.

It sounds like you're not using a Windows XP disk that is compatible with Boot Camp. Here is what you need:

XP Home or Pro, SP2 or 3, Full install version, either MS Boxed, or OEM System Builder's version.

Restore versions, OEM branded versions (Sony, Dell, Toshiba, etc), corporate versions, etc, will not work.
