Hello Mac folk,
I uploaded my new website a couple days ago and have gotten a bit of feedback that has me wondering if visitors using Mac platforms are having some display issues. My site has fine art photography so getting images to display adequately across platforms and browsers is of keen interest to me. At least as well as is possible given the lack of standards for platform/browser color calibration or control. It appears images look ok when viewed by those with Windows systems using common browsers. My own platform is a Dell Windows system with a IE browser. Images are sRGB with gamma conventionally set for 2.2, Monaco monitor calibrated, which look perfect when input to my lab used nationally by many pros. One person with a Mac was complaining about images looking quite brown which has me scratching my head. So I'd appreciated it if a few of you on the Apple systems would take a quick look at my site and comment on the color and luminance viewed. Or anything else odd.
Greatly appreciated,
thanks,
...David
