- 21.5 inch iMac 3.06 i3 8GB RAM 500gb HDD

I am new to this forum so I don't know wether this is the right place to post this but hey **.
So, I have a 21.5 inch 2010 iMac ( the entry level one) and am loving it. Yesterday i popped into the apple store to get an external HDD to use with Time Machine and general backups. So i went through the lacie installation disk and formatted to what it said to. It has all worked fine so far, back ups every hour etc..
However unlike my Dad'd iMac, as he has the exactly the same external HDD as me and using is with time machine, he has an icon on his desktop saying "Time Machine Backups". However on my machine it says LaCie and the LaCie logo on my desktop. I there anyway I can get mine to say want it should say?
