Possible to Transport Software RAID Drives?

I have a Mac Mini with four 2TB GTech drives hanging off the back in a RAID configuration set up through Disk Utility. I am planning to replace the Mac Mini with a Mac Pro and would appreciate guidance on how to move the RAID drives without losing the data so they continue operating as before once plugged into the new machine.
