How to Downgrade from10.7 (Lion) to 10.6 Snow leopard

I have the 10.7 beta running on my iMac, and it has too many bugs so I want to go back to 10.6. If I do this will it work, and will it erase everything if I do downgrade?
I just need the steps on how to do it if theres a way please

Assuming you legally have Lion, you would have realized that you shouldn't install it on your production machine.

OOps ,,sorry..never mind

Really I only believe in reformats (yes, I mean the entire hard drive) + clean installs for big system version changes.

On the other hand, is it SOOOO bad? Maybe you can just wait for the production release and deal with it until then.

Of course, you did do a backup before you installed Lion. Didn't you?
