In my "Apps" I show 2 pieces of "Applications" for an Epson printer that I no longer have and would like to remove. How do I do this?
When I click on either one, they just disappear only to return when I open the
Apps folder again.
Thanks, Russ

Quit all running applications.

If you have the CD for your printer follow these instructions...

Insert the EPSON printer software CD-ROM into your Macintosh.

Double-click the Printer Driver folder.

Double-click the icon for your printer.

Note:
If the Authorization dialog box appears, enter your password or phrase and click OK.

Read the software license agreement and click Accept.

Select Uninstall from the menu in the upper left and click Uninstall.

Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the printer driver.

Hope this helps

Simon, Thanks for your quick reply!! Unfortunately it did not work. I did as you instructed, but nowhere did I see any options to un-install anything. It just wanted
to install the drivers for the printer.
I'm about to leave to go out to my next 1 on 1 at the Apple Store. I'll see what they say and report back when I get home.
But thanks again for your help!!

While I was waiting for my class to start I accidentally stumbled on my apps using "Finder".
I clicked on apps, found the 2 that I wanted to remove, and drug them to the recycle bin just as my instructor was sitting down. When asked what I was doing, I told him I just learned something I didn't know about my new Mac. It feels good when you can solve a simple problem by yourself. But it's always nice to know that there are a lot of folks up here that are willing to help too. Thanks again for your help.
