ISP Failed

help please anyone...

i cannot connect to my internet even tho under network preferences it says i am connected. when i go through the diagnostics it says

(green) AirPort
(green) AirPort Settings
(green) Network Settings
(red) ISP
failed
(red) Internet
failed
(red) Server
failed

i don't have a clue as to what is going on. I am at school and both my roomates internet works. they are both wireless like me one on a mac the other a PC. also i plugged it in directly with ethernet and still nothing worked. any assistance is greatly appreciated

yeah not long after i realized the problem did i realize i needed to do that. unfortunately i am at school, have no idea who my ISP is and have no way of finding out because our tech services office here, which is terrible, is not even open
