512MB PC100 CL2 168 Pin SDRam 2-2-2 fo... (OWC100SD512328) at OWC

Buy 2 of the 512 modules, max it out to 1GB, and be much happier. OS X loves 1.0 GB+ of RAM. Trust me... I have 640mb (maxed out) in my 500MHz G3 iBook, and it's sluggish... and the other way around, 2GB in my MDD G4 tower, and it's speedy.

Good for you. OWC have a lifetime warranty on their memory and by the time the eBay auction ended, would probably be dearer to boot!
