Erm. Please ignore the title. Wrong post.
So I have a white macbook.. the old one where the battery still comes out.
For some reason when I plug in USB devices such as memory sticks and such, my computer doesn't recognize them and they don't show up on the desktop. However, when I plug in the little adapter for my wireless mouse, that works and I can use the mouse. Is this a hardware issue or maybe I disabled a setting? The memory stick doesn't show up in the Disk Utility. I reset the PRAM and did the thing where I take out the battery, drain the residual power and try it again.
