iMovie 11 issues please help

(Early 2011) MBP 15" 8gb ram/ 2ghz intel i7 27" iMac 3.2ghz Intel i3 4gb ram 1TB HD iPhone 4 16GB UL
im not able to speed up & slow down videos during editing anymore the option isnt even there does anyone have any suggestions

btw i have imovie 11

ooops nvm i didnt see they added a an analyze button now
