Hi, I wonder if someone can help me.
I have an iMac running Mac OS X 10.5.8 and a Canon MP600R printer. I would like to set it to print in duplex mode by default, but I can't seem to find any way to do this.
Can someone please advise me how?
Many thanks,

assuming its one of the options in the print dialogue, if you select duplex in the print dialogue and press alt P to print, that should set the printers default from then on

Many thanks for the quick response.
Unfortunately pressing Alt P does not do anything.
Here's what I did:
Pressed the print menu icon.
The print menu drop down dialogue appears.
I select Duplex Printing and Margin from the selection dialogue box.
I then check the Automatic Duplex Printing check-box.
I press Alt P but nothing happens. I tried Alt p as well as cmd P, ctrl P, etc but again nothing.
What am I missing?
Thx

Sorry, I missed something.

Set up your options and save them as a new preset

Then press alt at the same time you click on the print button and your new preset with the options you want will become the default
