How to make a dvd case insert?

I would like any advice on steps, or where to find help, on making a 1 piece insert for a dvd case.Would like Pictures on front and back with text & name of dvd in middle. Hope this makes sense.
Any info is appreciated.

Measure the size of the insert that you want. Draw the appropriate sized rectangle in something like Pages. Insert pictures and text inside the rectangle. Print.

Most of us regular folk can't afford and/or justify the price of Photoshop.
