Not sure why but my mail client on both of my Macbook Pro's has suddenly stopped bringing in new emails from my Yahoo POP3 email, though it continues to work fine on both my Ipad and Iphone. Using the mail client, I can send an email without issues from my Yahoo account, and it shows the little "Downloading 130 messages" scan in the bottom left corner, but it's not actually bringing the messages into the client. I changed nothing it just suddenly stopped working, I have a feeling it has something to do with MobileMe.
I checked Yahoo's POP settings on the web and nothing has changed. I've also tried erasing the settings in the mail client and re-engaging the Yahoo address, but it still does not bring the messages in. I have also done the same with my MobileMe settings.
I have no current software updates that I need to download.
Any idea?
