Hi There,
I'm running Windows Remote Desktop from Snow Leopard to access a windows pc remotely for programming in visual studio. However, I am unable to type a tilde, quote or double quote symbol.
I have the feeling that it has something to do with the fact that mac uses a different encoding for these symbols than windows. And it's the symbols that are being sent to the remote computer, rather than the keystrokes themselves.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks a lot in advance.
ps: I use remote desktop because I think it's unpractical to reboot to windows with bootcamp, and a virtual machine decreases performance too much.
