I have a Gmail account and my Mac mail set up to directly receive my work mail. But, when I send mail though gmail I can't see it in my Mac mail and vise versa. So, I wanted to set up filters and rules to send my sent mail from one account to the other. It is not working. That's where you helpful folks come in. I have attached the rule I made on the Mac side. It does not forward any mail. Can someone tell me what's wrong with it, please?
Thank you!

+1. As RIDE points out, the way to do this is not with filters but to setup your mail as iMap in GMail. See this LINK for instructions on how to get it going.

And as a reminder… Mail.app can handle multiple email accounts…

For example.. I use Mail.app for the following accounts:

My business email (3 different accounts)
my personal @me email
my church email (gmail)
and a spam email (also gmail)
