spotlight

Hi all it's been a long time since ive posted on the forum as ive been ill aneyways im back


my wife has a mini witch had tiger installed i neva use it lol my powerbook still had panther installed aneyways i installed tiger yesterday and i have to say i LOVE spotlight its so much quicker as i have abour 3000 jpgs and about 6000 mp3s it makes things a lot quicker to find....ive used a mac for about a year now but still can not work out how or if u can add a short cut to the desktop because im copying an pasting at the moment not sure if thats the right way or not

if u want to create the shortcut of a folder, right click on it and choose "Make alias".
It's the other word for shortcut in mac.
