So here is my setup:

-Motorola SB5100 Modem connected to an Airport Express with 802.11n
-Airport Express with 802.11g connected to a HP LaserJet 4050 with ethernet
-Doing the configuration on a MacBookPro with 10.6.6

The second AirPort Express (802.11g) has been configured to just be a music/printing hub. It does not extend the network.

I have done a cold reset on the printer a few times, and received a few different IP addresses (printed out the configuration pages).

Where I am having troubles, is in actually adding the printer under the Print & Fax preferences. Which protocol should I use? The last option "Print Using" will automatically select "Generic PostScript Printer", but if I go into the menu, there is an option "Select Printer Software" that lists my HP LaserJet 4050.

I have tried many combinations of things, to no avail. Is the problem in my linking of the AirPort Expresses? That is my only guess on the whole situation...

Thanks for the help!
-Elise
