G5 will not start up, Black screen. Please HELP!!!!

When I press the power button the little light above does not light up and I noticed the mouse light does not light up as well. It won't even start up to the desktop screen. The screen doesn't even light up to the grey screen so you can see the apple.

I've tried doing the PRAM start up and that didn't work.

I tried the soft boot.

I figure if I can just get to the desktop screen I can clear some the cache so it will work better. I can't even do that.

What can I do to fix this? Please HELP!!!!

If it is a G5 Powermac, particularly an early model such as a 1.6, 1.8 or 2GHz model, they do have power supply problems. If so the question will be if it is worth spending cash to have it repaired.
