Power Mac G5 Connection Problems

Hi all!

I have just recieved my power mac G5.

But now I am having trouble connecting it to my BenQ monitor. I have tried connecting to the DVI port on the back of my powermac to the dvi port on the monitor but there is no signal being recieved.

Do I have to use the ADC (Rounded DVI) to connect to my primary monitor? (I am not going to use 2 monitors at this point)

Mac Specs are:
1.8Ghz DP
80GB HD
FX5200 Graphics
1.5GB Ram

So I have been told but can't boot up to check at the moment

Okay I've sorted it now, I've got a DVI to VGA adapter and gone to the VGA port on my monitor and it seems to be working fine!

Specs are better than what I thought I was going to get as well
