Unable To Open My Yahoo Mails

Greetings to all.

For the last three days I have been unable to access my Yahoo emails through my Safari browser or with Firefox browser on my iMac.
I am able to go to the Yahoo Home page but click on the Mail icon and the browser freezes and won't open up my emails.
I can access my yahoo emails with my ipad.
Any suggestions please.

My suggestion is neither original nor necessarily the best. Others will no doubt chime in with better ideas.

It seems to me the problem is with Mail as all other means of access work.

So why not Remove/Delete your email Account and then just set it up again as you would have done when you started out.

I've done this before, for different reasons, and found it worked a treat.

Open up Safari, got to Safari > Reset Safari... clear everything out including the cache. If this works then clear the cache etc in Firefox too.
