Hi all,

I recently switched to Word 2011 and used to discover how to create forms in this program... (You have to unlock the developper thing in the ribbon options from the preferences...).
Now I am creating a form and I would like some forms to be automatically filled. Explanation: At the beginning of the form the user has to fill in his name, then, I would like the name to be inserted automatically in different places of the document.
Does somebody know how to proceed ?
Thanx

Antonino

Use the macro feature to fill in the forms. You do have to know how to create and edit macros though. You might also want to search through the MS Mac Office Word forum to see if someone has already created one that they could share with you. LINK
